Tuna macaroni salad with capsicum

Tuna macaroni salad with capsicum (serves 2 to 3)

This can be prepared in advance and left in the fridge before serving.

Tuna macaroni salad with capsicum

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in water
80g of macaroni
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
0.5 cup of mayonnaise
Half a red capsicum, chopped
Half a yellow capsicum, chopped
0.25 cup of spring onions, chopped
Salt
Black pepper


Instructions:

1) Boil the macaroni in salted water for a length of time according to the instructions on the pasta packet.
2) Drain the tuna, and add it to a large mixing bowl. Add everything else in and mix well. More mayonnaise and black pepper can be added if required.
